GETTING GREENER by the GALLON!

Sarasota, Florida - Nationwide Chemical Coating Mfrs. Inc., A leader in the Elastomeric Ceramic Coatings Industry, has had a long standing commitment to “GREEN” products. Since our inception in 1964, we have been producing Environmentally Safe Waterborne Paints and Coatings. Nearly all of our 100 plus products are LOW ODOR, and meet or are below the V.O.C. levels that are established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and most other Government Agencies.

(NOTE: V.O.C. stands for Volatile Organic Contents which are solvents & other chemicals that are harmful to the Environment)

To further our contribution to a GREEN WORLD, Nationwide has introduced a “GREEN SAFE” program by adding a Green Product Technology “GREEN SAFE” seal to the labels of our products that meet or exceed the standards set by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. In addition, our Research and Development Team is busy developing new and modifying existing products to make them even safer, eliminating or greatly reducing V.O.C.s.

The first of our new ZERO V.O.C. coating lines is ENVIRO-3000™, a High Quality, Insulating Ceramic, LOW ODOR, Interior Wall, Ceiling and Trim Paint available in Flat, Satin and Semi-Gloss finishes as well as a Flat White Primer.  ENVIRO-3000™ is formulated with ceramic fillers that provide insulating and soundproofing characteristics along with a uniform, easy to apply, excellent hiding, latex finish with a 20 year Limited Material Warranty.

LEAKS: Leaks resulting from acts of providence, owner or their agents, are not the responsibility of NCCMI and under no circumstances shall NCCMI be liable in any respects to the building, it’s occupants, it’s contents or for any consequential or incidental damages. If no Warranty is stated for a specific product then the maximum warranty will be One Year from date of Purchase. If a Product has a specific Warranty and a Warranty was not applied for using a Warranty Registration Certificate, the maximum warranty will be One Year from Date of Purchase. NCCMI shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for damage to the building, it’s contents, or it’s occupants. NCCMI's liability is limited to the reasonable replacement cost of product that has been fully paid for and shall be limited to defective product in the affected area only, whether any claim against it is based upon strict liability, negligence, breach of warranty or any other theory or cause of action. Venue in reference to any Product of Nationwide shall be Manatee County, Florida, U.S.A.
